On Saturday, October 29, members of the SCKC, along with other volunteers, gathered to dig post holes and erect a fence to guide people down the proper path to the water, part of the effort to repair damage previously done to the hillside at this popular and heavily used access location. Hydro-seeding the hillside to prevent erosion and reduce weed infestation will occur in the spring. A big thank-you goes to Spokane River Forum, Northwest Whitewater, REI and SCKC members who worked together to achieve this much needed improvement!
